Accessibility
We want every patient to be able to use this site. Here's where we stand, and how to tell us if something isn't working.
Our commitment
Mega Health Rx Pharmacy is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control. Access to your pharmacy should not depend on how you browse the web.
The standard we work to
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines are the recognised international standard and are what federal regulations point to.
What we have done
- Text and background colours meet or exceed the required contrast ratios
- Every page can be operated with a keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus indicator
- Images carry descriptive alternative text
- Form fields have proper labels, and errors are announced to screen readers
- Headings follow a logical order so screen reader users can navigate by structure
- A “skip to content” link appears at the top of every page
- Animation is reduced automatically if your device requests it
- Our service information is written as real text, not baked into images
Known limitations
Some content on this site is provided by third parties, and we do not control its code. Where we identify an accessibility problem in a third-party tool, we raise it with the vendor and look for an accessible alternative.
Tell us if something does not work
If you hit a barrier on this site — anything you cannot read, reach or complete — please tell us. We will help you get what you need straight away by phone, and we will fix the underlying problem.
