Submitting a transfer or refill request through this website is a request, not a completed order. Nothing is dispensed until a pharmacist has reviewed it and, where necessary, verified it with you, your prescriber or your previous pharmacy. We will contact you to confirm.
Some prescriptions, including certain controlled medications, cannot be transferred or refilled online because of state and federal rules.
Accuracy of what you tell us
You agree that the information you give us — particularly names, dates of birth, medications and addresses — is accurate and relates to you or to someone you are authorised to act for.
Do not send health information by email
Ordinary email is not secure. Please use the forms on this site or call us rather than emailing details about your health or medications.
