Free Prescription Delivery Across All Five NYC Boroughs

Mega Health Rx is an independent pharmacy in Forest Hills, Queens, and we deliver prescriptions free to every borough of New York City: Queens, Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx and Staten Island. There is no delivery fee, no minimum order and no membership. Delivery in Queens is usually the same day; in the other boroughs it is the same day or the next day, depending on the day.

Timing depends on the day’s delivery routes and on when your prescription is ready. When you place an order or a refill, we tell you when to expect it. If you are about to run out, tell us — we will do our best to get it to you the same day.

How it works, wherever you live

  1. Transfer once. Fill out our one-minute transfer form with your current pharmacy and medications. We call that pharmacy and your doctor for you.
  2. We confirm. A pharmacist calls to check your medication list, your insurance and your delivery address.
  3. We deliver. Free, to your door. After that, refills arrive on schedule, and we contact your doctor for renewals before you run out.

You never have to come to Forest Hills. Many of our patients in Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx and Staten Island have never visited the store.

A pharmacist you can reach from anywhere in NYC

Delivery patients get the same care as people who walk in. You can call us during store hours, and as our patient you can text your pharmacist directly — no phone tree and no hold music, whichever borough you live in. Dr. Sam Borukhov, PharmD, speaks English and Russian.

What we deliver

  • Prescriptions and automatic refills
  • Over-the-counter items, vitamins and first aid, in the same bag
  • Diabetic supplies, braces and home health items
  • Refrigerated medications such as GLP-1 pens, packed to stay cold

Controlled medications are handed to the patient or an adult at the address, with a signature. For other medications we can leave the order with a family member or your doorman.

Insurance

Where you live doesn’t change your coverage. We accept most commercial plans, including CVS Caremark, Express Scripts and OptumRx, plus most Medicare Part D and Medicaid plans. Your copay is set by your plan, so it is usually the same as what you pay now. Call (516) 304-5038 with your card and we will check it in a minute.
