- We call Walgreens. Pharmacies are allowed to transfer prescriptions with remaining refills directly to each other. You don’t need to be on the phone.
- We contact your doctor if needed. If a prescription has no refills left, we request a renewal from your doctor’s office on your behalf.
- We confirm with you. One short call to check your list, your insurance and your delivery or pickup preference.

Will my insurance work?
Most likely, yes. Your prescription coverage comes from your insurance plan, not from Walgreens.
